Aides sociales :

• Le service social fait face à une demande importante depuis le confinement, il est important de rappeler que les aides sont attribuées après entretien avec une assistante sociale et non sur simple sollicitation auprès du service. Deux types d'aides peuvent être mobilisées : l'aide à l'achat de produits d'hygiène et alimentaires et l'aide ponctuelle financière. Les étudiants doivent impérativement solliciter un RV sur https://mesrdv.etudiant.gouv.fr/ ou les contacter par email à ce.crous-social@crous-grenoble.fr

Soutien Psychologique :

• La demande de RV avec un Psychologue en ligne proposée par Apsytude est surchargée, ce sont les assistantes sociales qui font désormais la redirection, l'information est donc à enlever des supports d'information.

Distributions alimentaires

• La Direction de la Vie Etudiante en lien avec le CROUS et les services, opère une veille des distributions alimentaires, une mise à jour quotidienne est en ligne sur https://Campus.univ-grenoble-alpes.fr

Prevention

En cas de symptômes évoquant une infection au COVID19, appeler son Médecin traitant ou le Centre de santé (04 76 82 40 70 entre 9h et 17h), un professionnel de santé répondra et orientera.

• The apsyutude's online appointements are currently saturated, the social workers will now now refer to the helpline

Food Distributions
