Appointment Procedure

Nominations are made exclusively by the partner university

Students are not permitted to use this platform. Only students nominated via the online form will be accepted. If you have already notified us of your nominations by email, please resubmit your request via the online platform.
 
Nomination Schedule:
  • First semester, second semester, or full year: March 15 through April 30
  • Semester 2: August 30 to September 30

Student Applications

The International Relations Office at PhITEM will send the application instructions to the nominated student.

The required documents are:

  • All academic transcripts
  • Resume
  • Any language test or language certificate. Please verify that the language proficiency level required by the host university is met, either in French or English.
  • Student Motivation
  • UGA Study Agreement (or ERASMUS+ agreement provided by the home university) completed in accordance with the rules established by the PhITEM department.

The home university determines the number of credits that can be taken, up to a maximum of 30 credits per semester.

Application timeline:

  • First semester or full academic year: March 15 to May 30
  • Semester 2: September 15–October 18
