Electrical energy, electronics and telecoms professions
Training in electronics, electrical engineering, automation and signal processing (EEATS) prepares you for any career in the field of components and systems combining electrical power, microelectronics, real-time control, radio-frequency circuits, telecoms and data processing.
You are sensitive to the major challenges facing society in the fields of energy (what architecture should be used to recharge the 1 to 2 million electric vehicles, how can we facilitate the integration of renewable energies, improve energy efficiency, what strategies will ITER use to control plasma shape and pressure profiles?), optics and radio frequencies (how can we develop very high-speed networks, what alternatives does phototherapy offer for cancer treatment?), nanoelectronics (how can we design a complex system-on-a-chip for telecom or IT applications?).
The UFR PhITEM (physics, engineering, earth, environment, mechanics) offers courses in electrical energy, control, electronics and telecoms.
Depending on your preferences, once you have completed the Master's program, you can move on to jobs in researcher orengineer :
Business and design manager,
Specialist in device and system design,
Responsible for research and development, production, quality control, etc.
All business sectors are involved, from major groups to SMEs and CNRS laboratories.
