The recruitment campaign takes place only once a year, from mid-October to mid-November, for transfers in the following year (Year N+1).

Application Schedule

The application guide outlines the educational, administrative, and financial steps you need to take in the year before your departure.
To find out the exact dates and deadlines, be sure to check your student email regularly and visit the LEO intranet.

Application period: October 15 – November 15.

Application Form

You need to gather a number of documents to complete your application. All the necessary information is provided in this document.
You must complete the online form via the MoveON platform.

Any application received after the specified date or that is incomplete will not be considered.
NO exceptions will be made.


Mobility Calendar

As a reminder, in order to participate in an international exchange program, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed by the UGA Office of International Affairs.

As part of an Erasmus+ exchange, you have rights, responsibilities, and obligations.
